- 20g dried pear slicesv
- 12 red dates, seeded and sliced
- 35g dried longans
- 3 pieces preserved honey dates (matt choe)
- 100g rock sugar
- 1.6 litres water
- 2 pieces dried persimmon, sliced
- Bring water to a boil. Add pears and dried longans. Boil for 15 minutes.
- Add rock sugar, red dates and honey dates. Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
- Add dried persimmon slices and dish out to serve hot.
