  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp any white wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp pounded mustard


  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, pepper and mustard in a screw-top jar. Shake well to blend and combine. Store the vinaigrette in the refrigerator until required.
