Tartare Sauce


400g mayonnaise
2 tbsp gherkins
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp green capsicum
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tsp wine vinegar or vinegar
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
5 capers


Put all the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend well. Pour into a clean jar and chill well before use.
