BY spending an hour in the dark, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur will join millions around the world to send a powerful message about a brighter future for the planet.

Tomorrow between 8:30pm and 9:30pm, the main lights will be dimmed throughout the hotel and the hotel’s neon signs located on the left and right wing will be switched off in support of Earth Hour.

In addition, a special Earth Hour buffet spread will be served at its all day dining restaurant Eccucino and a BBQ buffet will be arranged at Terrace Poolside Bar & Grill.

Guests can look forward to a buffet spread dinner consisting of Persian cuisine at Eccucino and be entertained by an acoustic jazz performance.

Terrace Poolside Bar & Grill will be having a poolside BBQ featuring Australian steaks, seafood, salads and desserts.

Eccucino candlelight buffet dinner is priced at RM98++ per person while children under 12 dine for free. Terrace Poolside Bar & Grill BBQ is priced at RM78++ per person.

The hotel will donate 10% of buffet sales to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

Earth Hour is a global environmental initiative in partnership with WWF and Leo Burnett. Individuals, businesses, governments and communities are invited to turn out their lights for one hour to show their support for environmentally sustainable action.
