LET your taste buds sizzle with the exotic taste of Thai cuisine at Saffron Brasserie in Ancasa Hotel & Spa, Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel recently launched its ?Thai Direct? buffet, attractively priced at RM48 nett for adults and RM28 nett for children.

The buffet, prepared by chefs specially flown in from the Land of Smiles, will offer various dishes including Tom Yam Koong (spicy and sour prawn soup), Tom Yam Thalay (spicy and sour seafood soup), a selection of bread and soups, among others.

Visitors can look forward to mouth-watering appetisers at the salad station showcasing foods such as Son Tam Koong Sod (Thai papaya salad), Tod Man Koong (Thai deep fried prawn cake), Yam Som Ohh (Thai pomelo salad) and more.

Other main dishes to look forward to are Peek Kai Tod (Hat Yai fried chicken wing), Poo Phad Pong Kari (sauteed crab in yellow curry) and Kai Pad Med Ma Maung (sauteed chicken with dry chilli and cashewnuts).

Desserts such as Khow Niew Ma Muantg (sweet glutinous rice with mango), Kao Niew Kha Nun (sticky rice with jackfruit) and Tab Tim Krob (water chestnut in coconut milk) are also prepared.

Guests will have the opportunity to watch the chefs carve fruits and vegetables throughout the promotion period.

Add ambience to your meal with Thai jazz sensation, Natasha Patamapongs, who will be performing tonight at Casa RnB. She will be accompanied by Lewis Pragasam & Friends.
