Recipe Ingredient

  • 100g ladies´ fingers
  • 2 pieces eryngii mushrooms
  • ¼ tsp caster sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Bamboo satay skewers, soaked


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Rinse ladies´ fingers well and drain dry in a colander. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Skewer the vegetables onto the satay skewers and sprinkle with a pinch of combined sugar and salt mixture.
  2. Grill the skewers for eight to 10 minutes, until tender. Remove and serve immediately.
