Recipe Ingredient

  • 75g mashed potatoes
  • 300g plain flour
  • 30g oil
  • 50-100ml water
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp yeast


  1. Sieve flour and baking powder. Add in mashed boil potatoes, sugar, oil, yeast, add water according to the consistency.
  2. Use the Amway breadmaker, set it to dough maker, let it rise. Then steam for 15 minutes.
