Black sesame soup is a healthy dessert that nourishes our body, blood, boosts energy level and it helps to darken your hair. The wonderful aroma from this combination of black sesame and black bean is absolutely irresistible!

Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 tablespoons Black Bean Powder
  • 2 scoops BMS Organics Oprah Golden Black Sesame Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Glutinous Rice Flour (Adjustable)
  • 1 tablespoon BMS Organics Pure Honey (Optional)
  • 300ml Water

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to boil
  2. Add in black sesame powder, black bean powder and glutinous rice flour. Stir gently until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Off flame. Add in pure honey and it is ready to be served.
