Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g mango purée
  • 250ml mango juice
  • 180g whipping cream
  • 180g fresh low fat milk
  • 150ml syrup
  • 60g fresh pomelo sacs


  1. Combine mango purée, mango juice, milk, syrup and whipping cream in a bowl. Stir then chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Dish out into individual serving bowls when ready to serve. Add pomelo sacs as a garnishing. Serve immediately.
