Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp mixed dried herbs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed ground black peppercorns
  • 50ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add beef or lamb and season well.
  2. Transfer to an airtight plastic container and leave in the refrigerator to marinate the meat overnight. Barbecue the meat until done.
