- Season beef with marinade and set aside for 1-2 hours.
- Pan-fry the black peppercorns in a small frying pan, without oil, for 1-2 minutes. Remove and crush coarsely with a pestle and mortar. Add the crushed peppercorns to the marinated beef steaks.
- Arrange the marinated meat on a rack and grill in a preheated oven at 180°C for 14-15 minutes. Flip the steaks over after 7-8 minutes to grill the other side.
- Reserve the drippings and remaining marinade sauce and heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, pour over the steaks and serve with accompanying vegetables.
