Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 tin corned beef
  • 1 egg
  • 6 water crackers or soda biscuits (ground into crumbs)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mash corned beef. Add beaten egg, biscuit crumbs and season to taste.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs and flatten slightly.
  3. Deep fry until golden and drain on kitchen paper before serving.
