Recipe Ingredient

  • 70g blueberries
  • 50ml water
  • 110g castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp agar-agar powder
  • 400ml water
  • 70g whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp evaporated milk


  1. Place blueberries and 50ml water in a food processor. Blend to a puree.
  2. Boil 400ml water, sugar and agar-agar powder in a deep saucepan. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is boiling hot. Turn off the heat and stir in blueberry puree. Add whipping cream and evaporated milk, then stir well to mix.
  3. Pour agar-agar mixture into moulds and leave aside to set. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
