Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g butter, at room temperature
  • 300g icing sugar, sifted
  • 50ml fresh milk


  1. Place butter in a mixing bowl and with an electric beater, beat the butter until pale and creamy.
  2. Add icing sugar gradually and beat until well combined.
  3. Drip in the milk and beat until mixture turns light and fluffy.
  4. Use immediately to spread over the cake.
