- Half a chicken (approx 750-800g)
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- Marinade (combined):
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ng heong fun
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- For Dipping sauce (combine ingredients):
- 3 tbsp Maggi Thai chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Season chicken with marinade for 12 hours.
- Dust marinated chicken lightly with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Chop into bite-sized pieces and serve with dipping sauce.
