Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 black chicken, cut into 4 pieces
  • 25g 'Yoke Chok'
  • 30g 'Tong Sum'
  • 20g 'Yong Sum Sou'
  • 8 red dates
  • 2 cups superior stock
  • 1 'tan choong' (porcelain casserole with a lid)


  1. Skin the chicken meat and cut into four pieces.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a {tan choong}.
  3. Cover with the lid and double-boil for two hours over medium low heat.
  4. Serve hot.
