Recipe Ingredient

  • 600g chicken drummets
  • Marinade
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  1. Place chicken drumettes in a large mixing bowl. Add marinade and toss to combine. Transfer marinated chicken to a plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably several hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C and arrange chicken drumettes on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake or grill for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is crisp and cooked through.
  3. Serve at once.
