Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g whipping cream
  • ¾ tbsp gelatin powder
  • 145g chocolate, chopped into pieces
  • 165ml UHT milk
  • 50g castor sugar


  1. Place half portion of whipping cream and gelatin powder in a saucepan. Cook over very low heat until gelatin powder is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add in chocolate, sugar and milk. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Meanwhile, whip the remaining cream until it holds soft peaks then fold gently into the chocolate mixture until a mousse is formed.
