- 2 tsp instant coffee granules
- 200ml hot water
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- 1 tbsp Cointreau (orange liqueur)
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 slice orange peel
- 1 slice lemon peel
- Light whipped cream
- Prepare strong black coffee by mixing coffee granules, hot water and sugar in a mug.
- Pour cointreau and rum into a coffee glass.
- Top up with prepared coffee and stir.
- Gently spoon or pipe whipped cream on the surface.
- Garnish with orange and lemon peel strips.
- Serve immediately.
