  • Burnt Cheesecake Cendol Gula Melaka 500gm
  • CC Anchor 120gm
  • Gula Kaster 50gm
  • Gula Melaka 3 biji
  • Telur 1sd
  • Vanilla 1sd
  • Lemon juice 25gm
  • Tepung kek 2sd
  • Serbuk badam 300gm
  • Whipping Cream 2sd
  • Pandan Emulco
  • Topping 250gm
  • Gula Melaka 100ml
  • Air 1sd
  • Santan 1sd
  • Heavy cream 1/2sd
  • Garam 20gm
  • Tepung jagung 50 ml
  • Air Hiasan
  • Cendol
  • Kacang Merah
  • Hawaiin @ Toasted coconut


  1. Masukkkan kesemua bahan kedalam bowl kecuali whipping cream kemudian putar sehingga sebati
  2. apabila sebati masukkan whipping cream putar sehingga adunan sebati .
  3. sediakan loyang serta pelapik alas kertas loyang size 8”@7”.
  4. masukkan adunan kedalam loyang kemudian bakar dengan suhu 180c
