Recipe Ingredient

  • 225g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 160g Sugar
  • 3g Vanilla Essence
  • 100g Eggs
  • 300g All Purpose Flour
  • 60g Cereal Flakes
  • 80g Chicken Floss
  • Chicken Floss (topping), as needed


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the Anchor Unsalted Butter, sugar and vanilla together.
  3. Add in the eggs and mix well.
  4. Add in the flour, cereal flakes and chicken floss. Mix well.
  5. Roll into 10g-15g balls.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and set aside to cool.
  7. When cooled, top with extra chicken floss when storing into an airtight container.
