Recipe Ingredient

  • 250 g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 3 biji telur
  • 1/2 sudu teh esen pandan
  • 1/2 1/2 sudu teh pewarna hijau
  • 5 sudu besar gula
  • 120 ml santan
  • 1 tin nenas
  • Ceri untuk hiasan


  1. Masukkan cream cheese, telur, esen pandan, pewarna hijau, gula dan santan ke dalam blender.
  2. Kemudian kisar sebati kemudian masukkan didalam loyang 6 inci.
  3. Bakar dalam air fryer selama 20 minit dgn suhu 180°c , dan 5 minit pada suhu 200°c seterusnya.
  4. Sejukkan dan hiasai dengan nenas dan ceri.
