Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g cooked rice
  • 50g beef, cut strips (for stir fry)
  • 10g oyster sauce
  • 5g corn / tapioca starch
  • 30g cooking oil
  • 1pc hard bean curd
  • 30g spring onion
  • 5g garlic, chopped
  • 1g dried chili
  • 60g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
  • Sauce:
  • 20g black bean sauce
  • 10g oyster sauce
  • 80g water
  • 10g sugar
  • 5g corn / tapioca starch
  • 10g water


  1. Marinate beef strips with oyster sauce and starch for 20mins.
  2. Shallow fry hard bean curd in wok, until all sides are nicely brown. Or deep fry until nicely brown in deep fryer. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Cut to slices when its cooled.
  3. Heat oil in wok, stir fry marinated beef with garlic, spring onion and dried chili for around 1 min.
  4. Add black bean sauce, oyster sauce, water, sugar and sliced bean curd and bring to simmer, adjust seasoning accordingly, lastly thicken sauce with starch.
  5. Put rice in a microwavable container and drizzle half of the sauce and ingredients on it.
  6. Sprinkle Anchor extra stretch shredded mozzarella cheese then pour the remaining sauce and ingredients on top.
