Recipe Ingredient

  • 250gm Anchor cream cheese
  • 65gm sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 10gm corn flour
  • 30gm coconut milk
  • 25ml water add latte
  • 180gm whipping cream
  • Topping - Double boiled
  • 100gm whipping cream
  • 30gm coconut milk
  • 5gm gelatin


  1. Cream cheese + sugar
  2. Add in eggs, corn flour, coconut milk
  3. Whipping Cream
  4. Water plus Latte
  5. Bake for 45min at 180 c
  6. Topping and freeze for 4 hour and sprinkle with Coco powder
