Recipe Ingredient

  • 40g egg whites
  • 40g sugar icing
  • 200g ground hazelnut
  • 200g cinnamon powder
  • 160g sugar
  • For Icing
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 32g egg whites


  1. Mix the ground hazelnut, cinnamon powder and sugar in the bowl.
  2. Beat egg white and icing sugar until it becomes royal icing liquid.
  3. Then, add the other ingredients in the bowl and mix until it becomes a dough.
  4. In a different bowl, mix icing sugar and egg to make the icing and keep aside.
  5. Take the dough and roll out the dough until 0.5cm thick.
  6. Then, spread icing on top of the dough sheet.
  7. Use a star cutter to cut the cookies dough sheet.
  8. Arrange the star cookies dough on the baking tray, and bake for 9 minutes at 170 degrees Celcius.
  9. After baking, let it cool. Then store in an airtight container.
  10. Serve with coffee and tea.
  11. NOTE: Every time after cutting the cookie dough, clean the cutter to maintain the star shape for the royal icing.
