- 50g broccoli, break into small florets
- 50g cauliflower, break into smaller florets
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 small sized potato, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 pip garlic, crushed
- 4 cups chicken stock
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Add garlic, tomato, potato, carrot and chicken stock in a pot.
- Let it simmer for 10 mins till potato becomes soft. Then add salt and pepper.
- Add cauliflower and broccoli, simmer for another 5 mins.
- Remove from heat and serve.
