Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 4–5 bird´s eye chillies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (yin sai)
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to mix.
