Recipe Ingredient

  • Cookie Dough
  • 160g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 40g Sugar
  • 140g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4g Vanilla Essence
  • 250g All Purpose Flour
  • 3g Salt
  • 3g Baking Powder
  • 5g Baking Soda
  • 160g Chocolate Chips
  • 60g Almond Nibs
  • 50g Ground Almonds


    Making the dough
  1. Preheat oven at 170 Celcius
  2. Cream Anchor Unsalted butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar together using an electric mixer
  3. Add in egg and vanilla essence and continue to whisk
  4. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda together and fold it in together with the ground almonds using a rubber spatula
  5. Last add in almond nibs and chocolate chips
  6. Divide and shape the dough into bites size cookie pieces and place it on a baking tray
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 Celcius
