Recipe Ingredient

  • Cake
  • 50g Anchor Tin Butter
  • 200g Sugar
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5ml Vanilla Extract
  • 185g Cake Flour
  • 3g Baking Powder
  • 3g Baking Soda
  • Chocolate Cheese Filling
  • 225g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 100g Sugar
  • 5ml Vanilla Extract
  • 45ml Anchor UHT Milk
  • 100g Dark Coverture Chocolate
  • Garnish
  • 200g Coconut Flakes


  1. Sift dry ingredients together which is the cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together then add in mashed ripe bananas, eggs, vanilla extract
  3. Pour over a 25 x 29 cm rectangular cake mold
  4. Bake at 190ºC for about 11 minutes or until nice and golden
  5. Chocolate Cheese Filling
  6. Thaw the cream cheese and whip until its smooth
  7. Add in sugar, vanilla extract and milk.
  8. Melt the chocolate and fold it in
  9. Assembly
  10. Divide the cake into four
  11. Apply chocolate cheese fillings in between
  12. Stack them up
  13. Garnish with coconut flakes
