Recipe Ingredient

  • 345g all purpose flour
  • 2g baking powder
  • 2g salt
  • 3g cinnamon powder
  • 3g nutmeg powder
  • 225g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 180g white sugar
  • 50g egg
  • 6g vanilla essence
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 25g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 25g Anchor Unsalted Butter (Melted)
  • 3g cinnamon powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. In a bowl, sift the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened Anchor Unsalted Butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
  5. Add in the sifted flour and mix until dough comes together.
  6. Roll out small logs and cut into 3cm lengths.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Set aside to cool.
  9. Cinnamon Glaze:
  10. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until it comes together.
  11. When cookies are completely cooled, coat the top with glaze and set aside to dry.
  12. Store cookies when glaze is firm to the touch.
