Recipe Ingredient

  • 500g Cauliflower (Trimmed)
  • 40g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 100g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 3g Fine Salt
  • 1g Coarse Black Pepper
  • 5g Lemon Juice


  1. Steam cauliflower until soft.
  2. Add Anchor Unsalted Butter, Anchor Extra Yield, lemon juice, and cauliflower into a bowl.
  3. Mashed all ingredients using a stainless steel masher.
  4. Add fine salt, coarse black pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Press again until slightly smooth. Enjoy!
