Recipe Ingredient

  • Cream Soup Base
  • 500g water
  • 100g Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 20g chicken stock powder
  • 2g salt
  • 1g coarse black pepper
  • 1g chopped chives
  • Other Ingredients
  • 1kg water
  • 450g udon noodles
  • 180g fish balls (9 x 20g/pc)
  • 3g roasted black & white sesame seeds


    Cream Soup Base
  1. In a pot, add in water, cream, cook until simmer & then add salt, chicken stock & chives, set aside
  2. To Assemble
  3. Boil water & then add in Udon noodles & fish ball for 2 minutes, slightly drain & add into bowl
  4. Add prepared cream soup base, arrange with fish balls & sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
