Recipe Ingredient

  • 225g Anchor Salted Tinned Butter
  • 170g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 320g All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder
  • 25g Rolled Oats
  • 25g Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat the oven at 170 °C.
  2. In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, beat Anchor Butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in egg and mix well.
  4. Sift flour and baking powder together, then add into the mixture.
  5. Add in rolled oats and Anchor Parmesan Shredded and mix until form a dough.
  6. Divide the dough 3 pieces. Roll each dough into a log and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.
  7. Slice each into 3mm thickness and then line on the baking tray with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden brown colour.
