Recipe Ingredient

  • 100g pecan nuts (toasted & chopped)
  • 120g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 150g whole eggs
  • 5g vanilla essence
  • 150g all purpose flour
  • 5g sea salt
  • 2g baking powder
  • 300g peach (diced)
  • 50g sugar
  • 10g nutmeg powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180, and toast pecan nuts for 10 minutes
  2. Ina bowl, cream Anchor Unsalted Butter with sugars until light and fluffy
  3. Add in the eggs one by one and mix well. Add in vanilla essence
  4. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well
  5. Add in diced peaches and mix until combined
  6. Pour into 9" round pan and bake for 40-45 minutes
  7. When finished baking, sprinkle sugar and nutmeg powder on top when out of the oven
