Recipe Ingredient

  • Tomato Salsa:
  • 60g diced ripe tomato
  • 20g bombay onion
  • 30ml olive oil
  • Salt & course black pepper, to taste
  • Cream Cheese Dressing:
  • 80g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 80ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • Salt & course black pepper, to taste
  • To Assemble :
  • 2 pieces tortilla skin
  • 2tbsp prepared Cream Cheese Dressing
  • Two handful sliced mix lettuce
  • 240g sliced smoked chicken
  • 40g/tortilla prepared Tomato Salsa


  1. Mix all diced tomato, bombay onion, olive oil & salt & pepper & keep it aside for later use.
  2. Add Anchor Cream Cheese together with Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream and whisk it both until smooth, then season with salt and coarse black pepper to taste.
  3. Take a piece of tortilla and place it on a chopping board.
  4. Next, spread the top of the tortilla with the cream cheese dressing.
  5. Then top with sliced mix lettuce, slices of smoked chicken & lastly finish with tomato salsa.
  6. Fold the tortilla nicely & tightly.
  7. To serve, simply cut the prepared tortilla into half and serve it with a small bowl of cream cheese dressing top with tomato salsa. Enjoy!
