Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 catfish (600g)
  • Grind:
  • 50 sen worth of dried chillies
  • 6 shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2.5cm fresh turmeric
  • 2 stalks serai (lemon grass), smashed
  • 2 sprigs daun kesum
  • Tamarind juice
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry the ground ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Add lemon grass, fish and tamarind juice.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. When fish is cooked, add daun kesum.
