- 1 catfish (600g)
- 50 sen worth of dried chillies
- 6 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2.5cm fresh turmeric
- 2 stalks serai (lemon grass), smashed
- 2 sprigs daun kesum
- Tamarind juice
- Cooking oil
- Heat oil and fry the ground ingredients until fragrant.
- Add lemon grass, fish and tamarind juice.
- Add salt to taste.
- When fish is cooked, add daun kesum.
