Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup plucked mint leaves, well rinsed
  • 1 green chilli, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt


  1. Place all ingredients in the drum of a small food processor/electric blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in a small bowl with the curry puffs.
  2. Chutney can also be made a couple of hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
