- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- ½ cup plucked mint leaves, well rinsed
- 1 green chilli, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- Place all ingredients in the drum of a small food processor/electric blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in a small bowl with the curry puffs.
- Chutney can also be made a couple of hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
