Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 packets of yellow noodles (mee)
  • 100g of bean sprout
  • To be blended
  • 4 cloves of onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1.5 candlestick (pounded)
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon dried chillies (blended)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (pounded)
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp (pounded)
  • A pinch of sugar for the sweetness
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the noodles, drain well and put aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add in dried chilies and black pepper.
  4. Add shrimp and candlestick.
  5. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the ketchup, tomato sauce and sugar .
  7. Add the yellow mee, season with salt and stir thoroughly.
  8. Lastly, add beans sprouts and stir fry for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
