This recipe is best with
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 1/2 pandan juice
- 3nos eggs
- Sesame seeds for topping
- 3Tbsp butter
- Combine flour and sugar into a big bowl ,mix well
- Whisk together cooking cream, pandan juice and eggs till well mixed
- Pour butter into a 8 greased bundt cake tray and sprinkle on the sesame.
- Bake at preheated oven 175-180c for about 50 minutes or till brown..
