Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 1/2 pandan juice
  • 3nos eggs
  • Sesame seeds for topping
  • 3Tbsp butter


  1. Combine flour and sugar into a big bowl ,mix well
  2. Whisk together cooking cream, pandan juice and eggs till well mixed
  3. Pour butter into a 8 greased bundt cake tray and sprinkle on the sesame.
  4. Bake at preheated oven 175-180c for about 50 minutes or till brown..
