- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon water
- Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until the dough comes together and knead for 10-15 minutes. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough thinly. Noodles will expand when cooked. Dust with lots of flour.
- Fold or roll the dough into a log and cut into thin strips.
- Pull out strips slightly and let them rest and dry out for about two hours.
