Recipe Description
There are some food that don’t taste the same when we take-away (da-bao). For example, my favourite claypot loh shi fun. This dish can appease our craving for claypot loh shi fun while we’re at home!
Recipe Ingredient
- 300-400g loh shi fun (laksa pendek)
- 100g minced pork
- 1 egg
- 4 clove of garlic
- Light soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Sweet soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Boil loh shi fun for 5 mins, discard water, and put aside.
- In a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light sauce soy, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix well.
- Slice garlic and stir-fry in wok for 3 mins (or until brown).
- Add minced pork to wok and stir-fry for 5 mins.
- In a separate bowl, add to wok, stir-fry for 1 min.
- Add sauce into wok from step 2.
- Add loh shi fun from step 1.
- Mix well.
- Serve while hot.
