Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic(pound)
  • 4 curry leaves(cut small)
  • half inch ginger(cut small)
  • 1 packet yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • a bowl of cooked rice
  • 4 tbsps oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.cAdd onion,garlic curry leaves,and ginger.
  2. Fry well then add in rice,milk and yogurt. Mix well till well blend.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
