Recipe Ingredient
- 1 cup water
- 150-200g gula melaka
- 300g brown sugar
- 300g granulated sugar
- 250g thick coconut milk (pati santan)
- 3-4 pandan leaves
Instructions
- Bring all the ingredients (except coconut milk and pandan) to a boil and simmer till all sugars dissolve. Add pandan leaves and simmer for three to five minutes. Add santan and bring to a low boil. Switch off fire and leave to cool before using.
