Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 450g durian flesh, mashed
  • 220g castor sugar
  • 60g oil


  1. Put one tablespoon oil in a nonstick saucepan and add durian flesh and sugar.
  2. Stir and cook till dry.
  3. Gradually add the 60g oil.
  4. Stir continuously over very low heat until the paste is dry.
  5. Dish out and leave to cool completely.
