Recipe Ingredient

  • 100g coriander seeds
  • 100g cumin seeds
  • 50g mustard seeds
  • 50g crushed black peppercorns
  • 20g English mustard powder
  • 50g caraway seeds


  1. Mix all the herbs together and roast in an oven, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes at 150 ºC. Let cool.
