In this ‘Frozen Sweet Corn 3 Ways’ series, this Sweet Corn Milk recipe is a delicacy in China and it’s easy to recreate at home with just 4 simple steps!
- 250g frozen sweet corn (defrosted)
- 100g evaporated milk
- 30g sugar
- pinch of salt
- 200g water
- Bring all the ingredients to a blend. Transfer over to a pot and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Let it cool and strain the mixture or place into a nut milk bag and squeeze.
- Serve with some ice cubes and enjoy!
