This recipe is best with
- 400 gm can of tuna chunks in brine, drained
- 200 gm low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 tbsp low fat mayonaisse
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped chives
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Dash of black pepper
- Dash of chilli sauce (optional)
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mash them together, mixing well.
- Chill in refrigerator and serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, celery, etc) and unsalted crackers or sliced wholemeal bread.
