A simple recipe of Spaghetti Meatballs which kids will love.
To make meatballs: In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir and mix to a sticky paste. Form into small balls.
To cook: Bring the stock ingredients to boil. Drop in the meatballs and cook until done. Remove meatballs; reserve the stock.
To cook pasta: Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions until al dente. Dish out and add a little butter and toss to mix well. Place the pasta on individual serving plates.
To prepare sauce: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until softened. Add tomato and fry until fragrant. Add the bay leaf, dried oregano, tomato sauce, chili sauce and oyster sauce.
Pour in the reserved stock. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
Add the red and green capsicum and meatballs. Cook for 1 minute.
Divide the sauce and meatballs among the plates of spaghetti.
