Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 packet Japanese kuzukiri noodles
  • 40g spinach (diced)
  • 40g red chilli (diced)
  • 80g pickled cabbage (diced)
  • 80g minced pork
  • 40g garlic (minced)
  • Seasoning:
  • 30g soya sauce
  • 10g thick soya sauce
  • 10g sugar
  • 5g sesame oil
  • 5g monosodium glutamate

Instructions

  1. Soak noodles in hot water until soft. Stir fry all ingredients with noodles in the wok for 1 minute. Add seasoning and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
