Stir-fried Pumpkins

  1. Toss pumpkin cubes in combined sifted dry ingredients. Deep-fry in hot oil for 3-5 minutes. Dish out and drain the oil.
  2. Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok. Fry dried shrimps and garlic until fragrant then add in pumpkins. Add water and simmer for a while then add seasoning and chilli powder.
  3. Cook until the sauce is reduced. Dish out and serve with a sprinkling of chopped spring onion.
